Alright, joining us now is NXT's devious newcomer, Presley.
Presley: Thanks for having me, I'm wicked excited people had questions for me! Hi internet fans!!
What was your first impression of Jon?
Presley: That he was utterly insane and totally awesome. –giggles- He reminded and still does remind me a lot of the Joker. Sort of a misunderstood monster, like myself.
How did you two get together finally?
Presley: After I broke up with Shaun, I was really mopey, like I didn’t even want to go surfing or to the arcade or anything. He finally came to see me one night after an NXT taping was like ‘I’m not going to watch you fall apart and lose yourself over an asshole.’ He broke that mood, and when you can break one of my bad moods, you’re obviously something very special. He made me smile, and he offered to take me out to get something to eat, and the rest was history.
When at the beach what is the one thing that you just have to do?
Presley: I have to surf. I love surfing. I also gotta make sure my all natural but not skin cancerous tan is in place. I usually like to bat a volleyball around or play Frisbee if I’m with friends. I have to teach my pug Mox how to catch and retrieve a Frisbee.
What is your absolutely favorite game to play when at an arcade?
Presley: Pinball or Pac-Man. I like driving games too, but they’re not as fun. Shooting games are fun if you’re drinking and with buddies.
In terms of your future in WWE, what's your one main goal?
Presley: My main goal is to be remembered. Simple as that. I want to be known, and to have people say yeah, she was a good wrestler.
What is the 'Presmonster'?
Presley: Yes that’s what I refer my insatiable hunger as. I only weigh like 130 pounds but I eat all the time, and I’m almost always hungry. But when I say it’s time to feed the Presmonster, that’s when I really cannot go any longer without eating or my stomach will eat me.
You are friends with a lot of the guys, but is there some girls that you're just as close with?
Presley: I’m close to Julia Stone, or I call her Beaker since she has that red hair, and I hang out with Aleena sometimes too. I’m also good friends with Natalie or Buggy Nova, and Candice LeRae. Glad Davina Rose is joining us too, she’s fun.
Do you have a fear of being social, if so, where do you think you got it from?
Presley: I do, because I’m always afraid of rejection or not being good enough. My mom is the same way. So I got it from her. My brothers took after my dad so they don’t have that, they have the disgusting self-righteous trait instead.
If you could return to wrestle in California, would you wrestle just in SoCal or would you take bookings more up north and in the Arizona area?
Presley: I wrestled in NorCal a few times, and in Oregon a bit, I’d love to work the new Championship Wrestling territories in Arizona and in Texas. Obviously I want to be with WWE as long as they’ll have me, but it’d be nice to go work back home again. I’m a Cali kid, born and bred, and I’ll always be a Cali kid.
Recently, Ricker has been getting this crazy push, what are your thoughts?
Presley: I’ve seen, good for him. I always wish him the best professionally because I know how dedicated he is. And he’s finally getting to be the center of attention, which I’m sure he loves.
Is there any type of malice towards him after the breakup? Do you think you'll ever be able to regain any type of friendship in the future?
Presley: Malice, not really. I may say some mean things, but I really do wish him the best. Just didn’t work out for us, because I’m more free spirited and he’s more, how do I put this, selfish. We both didn’t treat each other right, and I think we learned from that. I don’t think friends would be a good term for it, but we’d be able to work the same shows without it being an issue.
What the hell is a geekoid?
Presley: A geekoid is a play on humanoid from Bobby Heenan, and I just combined it with geek, making it mean a geeky person. It’s a fun insult.
Long boards or Short boards?
Presley: Long boards for regular surfing. Short boards for wake boarding or crappy waves.
You and Remy Martin don't exactly see eye to eye, what's up with that? Do you think it's some sort of jealousy or whatever, think it could possible end in this giant feud that isn't exactly all about wrestling?
Presley: I don’t seen anything in it at all, just that we don’t see things the same way. I have nothing against her, she’s a great wrestler.
What is the best part of being a wrestler and how did you came into the conclusion of wanting to become one?
Presley: The best part is definitely getting to perform for the fans. And I knew as soon as my brother brought me to a show. I was about 13, and seeing guys like Steen and Super Dragon, as well as girls like Candice LeRae and Buggy Nova really cemented it for me. I didn’t want to do anything else, and I’d go to any lengths to get to do it.
Do you think you fit well along the other women wrestlers in FCW?
Presley: Tough question, I’m kinda standoffish with people I don’t know, so they don’t know me that well, except for Buggy when she was there. I miss her a lot. But I really am trying. I’ve been getting along really well with Aleena and Julia, they’re awesome. I’ve started to talk to Brittni too. So I’m working on it.
What is the thing about Jon that annoys you the most?
Presley: It’d have to be that he gets irritated when I’m homesick, or when I talk about Joey too much in his opinion. Sometimes if I mention him just once I’m in trouble. But other than that, I love him to bits.
Speaking of Jon, what's it like dating someone who cuts as mean of a promo as he does?
Presley: It’s both intimidating and inspiring at the same time. And he doesn’t plan things out or write them down; he just comes up with things like that off the top of his head. He’s way more intelligent than people give him credit for, they just label him as crazy.
Inspiration for getting into wrestling?
Presley: I went to an independent show, and I saw how hard they worked, and put so much into a show that wasn’t going to be televised and wasn’t live. There were about two hundred of us, and that was the most incredible show I had ever seen. I wanted to be able to work a show like that and be proud of the work like them. That was of course, PWG, the biggest little company with the best product on earth in my opinion.
Favorite diva and why?
Presley: Well it’s no secret, my favorite Diva is Jordyn Amico. She’s worked so hard for so long, and she gives her all every night, and after every show, she always has a smile on her face. She doesn’t complain, she makes the best of what she has, and damn it’s always good. She’s the face of the Divas division in my opion, she’s the overall package and I’m so excited to be able to work with her someday.
Storyline you'd love to be involved in?
Presley: Well currently, I love the Shield storyline, and it’s not just because of the guys involved either. It’s a very interesting concept, and I love it. I also like the Anti-Diva aspect with Paige, as I don’t think I’m a typical Diva either, so that’d be a good fit for me I think.
Any pets?
Presley: Yes, I have a pug, his name is Mox. He’s mine and Jon’s little man, he’s rambunctious and unpredictable and a little spoiled.
Alright, thanks for you time. Any last thoughts?
Presley: I am over the moon to be able to do what I do, and hopefully I impress everyone. But if you get in my way, then be prepared for your Fall from Grace. -laughs maniacally-
First of all, it's so cute that she has a pug. They're getting more and more popular - I blame Marisa. xD Marisa's got two, Jordyn's got a black puppy, and now Pres. That's just adorable.
Anyways, it's really amazing hearing that Presley thinks Jordyn is the face of the division, despite the fact that she's for the most part valeting. On the arms of Punk and Heyman, always scheming, it's an honor to hear that someone appreciates her as much as Pres does though. I love that she can look past the storylines and gimmicks and recognize when someone is still doing what they love, no matter the situation they're out in. That speaks volumes to me.
She really is the up and comer that I really look forward to seeing more from. <3
I fell in love with pugs because Russ has one and he's totally badass. XD I'm really glad you like her, she's the most business savvy I think (even though Rina's a McMahon, she still has her own set of horseblinders). It takes a special kind of mind to be able to look through everything and see the true aspects of the wrestling industry.
